Kendrick Johnson Federal Investigation

CNN invited Page Pate to discuss the recent federal investigation into the suspicious death of Valdosta, Georgia, teenager Kendrick Johnson. Page has worked closely with the United States Attorney’s Office that will be coordinating the investigation and has decades of experience defending people in federal criminal investigations.

Page explained how a federal investigation like this would work and the possibility that the government could pursue federal criminal charges. Page also discussed the “sloppy” investigation by state authorities and how their conclusions do not necessarily match up with the evidence in the case.

Page is a regular contributor to CNN and other national media on federal criminal matters, constitutional law and other legal issues.
