Our Firm

Our Firm in the News

We started this firm with one simple objective - to help people who are charged with serious felony crimes. Our firm is one of very few law firms in the Southeast with a criminal defense practice limited to defending people charged with serious crimes. We do not accept any DUI cases, and only rarely agree to represent people facing a misdemeanor charge. We have intentionally limited both the scope and size of our practice so that we can spend a great deal of time with the clients that we choose to represent. We have no desire to be the biggest law firm in Georgia, just the best. And we work hard every day to achieve that goal.

While the majority of our practice is limited to defending major criminal cases, we are often asked to assist our clients, and other lawyers, in civil cases involving serious injuries or fraud. We will only accept injury or fraud cases where we firmly believe that we can make a difference. Our success in defending people in difficult and complex criminal cases gives our firm an advantage in recovering substantial monetary verdicts for our clients. Because we are in court more often than most civil attorneys, we know what it takes to win if the case goes to trial.
