Federal courts are very different than state courts. If you are charged or being investigated by the federal government, you need a lawyer experienced in federal criminal procedure. Our firm has successfully represented clients in all federal district courts in Georgia.

In Georgia, there are three federal districts - Northern, Middle and Southern. Each of these districts is made up of smaller divisions. In the Northern District, there are federal courts in Atlanta, Gainesville, Rome and Newnan. In the Middle District, there are federal courts in Macon, Athens, Albany, Columbus, and Valdosta. In the Southern District, there are federal courts in Savannah, Augusta, Brunswick, Dublin, Statesboro and Waycross. We have successfully represented clients facing federal criminal charges in each of these districts.
