Federal Crime Defense AttorneysOur ExperienceOur firm is successful because we work as a team. If you retain our firm, Page Pate or Bernard Brody will be your lawyer and will handle all court proceedings. They are supported by a team of dedicated lawyers and legal assistants. We also employ several former police officers, FBI and IRS agents that work for us as independent investigators. In certain cases, we will consult with medical and forensic experts to challenge the prosecution's evidence and analysis. When necessary, we will hire law professors and other legal experts to assist us in preparing appeals and well-researched motions. The point is that we will do whatever is necessary to help you win or successfully resolve your case. We have won or successfully resolved all kinds of serious felony criminal cases, in every part of Georgia. We have represented people charged with murder, robbery and other violent crimes, fraud and theft offenses, money laundering, tax offenses, bribery and public corruption, sex offenses, firearm violations, drug crimes, forgery, conspiracy and RICO, computer crimes, criminal copyright violations, international offenses and extradition matters.
