We represent clients charged with federal crimes in all federal districts in Georgia, and in many other districts across the United States. In Georgia, we have successfully represented clients in the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta, Rome, Gainesville and Newnan), the Middle District of Georgia (Macon, Athens, Columbus, Albany, Thomasville and Valdosta), and the Southern District of Georgia (Savannah, Augusta, Statesboro, Dublin, Waycross, and Brunswick). We have also practiced before the federal appeals courts in the Eleventh, Seventh, Fourth and Fifth Circuits.

If you have a federal case in another state, please contact our office to inquire about our experience in that particular court. We are usually able to assist clients with federal charges in any federal court in the United States. If we decide to retain another law firm to assist us as local counsel in a particular court, that firm will be selected by us and paid out of our fee, with no additional cost to the client.
