Our office in Madison, Georgia is located in downtown Madison, close to the Morgan County Courthouse and just off the square. We are in the historic Ice House Building across from the new park. Madison is just off Interstate 20 (I-20), about one hour east of Atlanta and 30 minutes south of Athens. Madison, Greensboro and Eatonton make up the Lake Oconee community.
Madison is home to the Superior Court of Morgan County where misdemeanors and felonies are both prosecuted by the District Attorney’s Office. The Superior Court is comprised of five judges, including Judge William A. Prior, Jr. who has his chambers in Madison.
