Civil Trials

In addition to our established criminal defense practice, our lawyers have a long and successful record in civil trials and appeals. Our civil litigation practice is generally limited to assisting clients and other attorneys with preparing difficult and complex cases for a jury trial. We are the lawyers that other lawyers hire to win cases that cannot be settled before trial.

Consumer Fraud

Our firm helps people who have been defrauded by deceptive trade practices and fraudulent conduct by investment firms, banks and other large corporations. We take great pride in attacking unscrupulous businesses that engage in consumer fraud. Most of our consumer protection cases involve investment fraud and deceptive sales practices, but we also assist our clients in cases involving internet fraud, car dealership scams, unauthorized billing and defective or contaminated products.

Crime Victims Rights

Because our lawyers have many years of experience in criminal law, we are able to help crime victims navigate the frustrating and lengthy criminal justice system and, in many cases, recover damages for their injuries and financial losses. We assist clients in obtaining injunctions and restraining orders, locating and seizing assets, and representing their interests with prosecutors, judges and the news media.

Business Disputes

Although most business disagreements can be resolved without litigation, our lawyers assist businesses in major disputes that cannot be settled amicably. We do not endlessly litigate business cases like some other firms. Instead, we do what is necessary, and only what is necessary, to prepare the case for trial. We have found that our pretrial preparation leads to favorable results for our clients, even when the case does not go to trial. Of course, if the case does go to trial, our jury trial experience gives our firm an edge that most big firms lack.

Serious Injuries

Our firm also helps injured clients recover substantial money damages for injuries caused through the fault of others.
